Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through live chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests

Compensation and Benefits
