Responsibilities

As a Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing incoming guest inquiries via live chat and providing prompt, accurate responses. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming guest inquiries via live chat and providing prompt, accurate responses
  • Assisting guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions
  • Resolving client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance
  • Documenting interactions and following up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and identify trends in guest feedback

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • High school diploma; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus
