Experienced Full Stack Insurance Sales Professional – Inbound Customer Support & Sales

As a leading UK insurance provider, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our busy Inbound Sales department on a REMOTE full-time, permanent contract. About the Role:

As a Customer Support Advisor in our Inbound Sales department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience. Using your expert sales skills, you'll up-sell other products to our customers that best suit their needs, providing them with added peace of mind and ensuring their worlds keep running smoothly. You'll be working autonomously, using your own initiative to resolve customer queries and concerns, and collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and online chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Use your sales skills to up-sell other products to customers that best suit their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, working towards a competitive OTE of £4,800 (uncapped commission structure)
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 12 months consecutive sales experience in a targeted environment (not retail)

  • Proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen to customers, and demonstrate empathy when needed
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
  • Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive salary of £23,000 per year

  • Uncapped commission structure, with the potential to earn up to £4,800 per year
