Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our customers make the most out of their arenaflex benefits. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and educating customers on disease management programs and healthy living programs. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics such as determination of payments and claims related to medical and dental procedures and office and hospital visit costs.
  • Making it easy for customers to work with us by taking ownership of their issues and resolving them over the chat the first time, every time.
  • Being an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on the right healthy living programs for their needs.
  • Accessing regular development opportunities and mentorship as you train with the best team in the industry.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
