Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Working closely with the Inbound Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry and trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring colleagues
