Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
- Working closely with the Inbound Operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives
