About the Role

We're looking for experienced customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
• Continuously improving our services, including design, customer experience, and repetition and retention.
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including resolving urgent account issues.
• Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
• Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
