Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in promoting our products and services, providing exceptional support, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to promote products or services, building strong relationships, and addressing their needs and concerns
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail
  • Handling cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate handling and processing of payments
  • Maintaining phone etiquette standards during customer interactions, providing a positive and professional experience for every caller

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred), with a strong emphasis on clear and concise communication
  • Proficient in computerized systems for data entry, with experience using software applications and tools
  • Experience with cash handling procedures, including accurate handling and processing of payments
  • Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a similar industry
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Day shifts
  • Evenings as needed
  • Evening shifts
  • Every weekend
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shifts
  • Nights as needed
  • Night shifts
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed
