Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support

About the Role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls from customers, navigating multiple systems to resolve complex issues
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare benefits, insurance, and billing
- Resolving technical challenges, including real-time support during time-sensitive situations
- Managing multiple systems and databases to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
What We Look For
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, naturally empathetic, and determined to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class (no missed days allowed!)
- High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse customer populations
- Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
- Equipment provided and must be hard-wired (no Wi-Fi)
