Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Care Advisor to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and web. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Identify the answers to the questions our customers expect to have in each interaction, providing accurate and helpful information
- Take a proactive approach to solving problems, learning from each interaction, and escalating clinical advice to pharmacists when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs
- Provide technical assistance to our customers while browsing pharmacy.arenaflex.com
- Serve customers in a timely manner, maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term relationships
Eligibility Criteria
* Must live in the state of Arizona
- High school diploma or equivalent
- More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
- Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
- A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
- Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and give full attention to the client during work hours
Preferred Qualifications
* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
- Communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a customer service or call center
- Work experience in the medical field
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team
