Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
  • Understanding customers' businesses and needs, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex
  • Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
  • Representing arenaflex at a senior level to merchants, showcasing our expertise and building trust
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues or concerns to ensure timely resolution
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or finance-related industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, reducing churn, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results-driven performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based technologies
  • Knowledge of finance or payment processing industries
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
