Job Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and accurate assistance to our clients through our website chat widget. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through the chat widget on arenaflex's website in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products, services, discounts, and refund policies
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and helpful information is provided to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, even in challenging situations
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
* A device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop that can access social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Availability of at least 20+ hours per week
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in the company's products, services, and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
Training and Development
arenaflex provides comprehensive training to all Live Chat Support Specialists, covering the company's products, services, discounts, refund policies, and chat support procedures. Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Contract Length and Rate
