Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into company databases and spreadsheets
• Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
• Updating and maintaining data systems to ensure they are current
• Organizing and prioritizing data entry tasks to meet deadlines
• Communicating any discrepancies or issues found during data entry
• Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Assisting in generating reports and summaries from the data as required

Requirements:

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
