Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through email responses, reviews, surveys, and other online tasks
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Participating in product evaluations and providing feedback to help shape new items and market trends
  • Working independently from home, with minimal supervision
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, with a keen attention to detail
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve program goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data entry and organizational skills, with the ability to summarize information and make logical decisions
  • Familiarity with personal computers and a high level of typing proficiency (at least 40 wpm)
  • Professionalism, positivity, and a high level of self-motivation
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • A good working entry-level personal computer, less than 4 years old
  • Legitimate high-speed internet access
  • Full-time and part-time telemarketing position experience (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with online surveys and product evaluations
