Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain call experience working for a stable company in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Language Skills: English and Spanish proficiency (additional languages a plus)
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer Skills: Basic computer operation skills, including typing (35 wpm) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Schedule: Full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST) or part-time schedule (open to discussion)
