Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Tech Support Representative to join our Technical Support department, where you'll play a critical role in providing technical support assistance to end-users of our electronic lockboxes and access keys. As a Customer Service Tech Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a positive and professional communication style.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes and access keys via telephone, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.

  • Utilize multi-tasking skills and tools to perform technical support assistance in an efficient and effective manner, minimizing call resolution times and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain courteous and professional communication with end-users, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Determine call resolution and document calls appropriately, ensuring that customer information is accurately recorded and that follow-up actions are taken as necessary.
  • Apply established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end-users, providing a positive customer service experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements

* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues.

  • High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and/or weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and support our business operations.
