Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Representative/Customer Service professional, you'll be responsible for:

- Concierge-related details: Arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations for clients, as well as notify hotels of client preferences.
- Corresponding with clients on preferences: Assist clients with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences.
- Preparing client documents and travel tips: Create and distribute client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure clients are well-prepared for their trips.
- Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and status in our cloud-based CRM system.
- Setting schedules and managing time effectively: Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and set schedules to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Managing client profiles and bookings: Update and maintain accurate client profiles and bookings, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
- Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact: Provide emergency support and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in case of travel-related emergencies.
