Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Receptionist to join our team in Damascus, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls, identifying customer needs, and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll also be responsible for scheduling appointments, processing account cancellations, and maintaining accurate data entry. Key Responsibilities

* Manage high-volume calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify customer needs and preferences to achieve satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Schedule appointments with multiple technicians for in-home and in-office security installations and services
  • Walk customers through technical issues by phone, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions
  • Process account cancellations and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of office experience, preferably in a customer service role

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the security industry, with knowledge of alarm and security systems

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
