The Role
As a Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be part of our highly skilled client success team, working closely with our clients to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, ensuring seamless collaboration and success (30 minutes/day)
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
Qualifications and Skills
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential
- Experience working from home and managing remote teams (a plus)

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development: + Training Stage: $150-$300 + Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
