Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling high volumes of incoming calls and providing exceptional support to our customers
  • Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers using the right methods and tools
  • Reaching personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions, and options within time limits, and following up to secure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and provide a personalized experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of not just reaching, but exceeding quota requirements
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • High school degree

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
