Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services, while maintaining a positive and professional image
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions
