Responsibilities
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services, while maintaining a positive and professional image
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
