Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide helpful resources and information
  • Offer promotional discounts and special offers to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through data-driven insights and feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access arenaflex's systems and tools
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or customer support role

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
