Job Summary

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in collecting and processing data from various research studies. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your laptop or smartphone to complete tasks, micro-tasks, and participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and the potential to earn extra income on your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in online research studies, including focus groups, product testing, and research trials

  • Complete data entry tasks, including reading, writing, and typing
  • Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized (optional)
  • Follow instructions and take direction from research moderators
  • Type a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Use your webcam for certain studies (optional)
  • Conduct studies using your smartphone (optional)
  • Meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Requirements

* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as it opens up more opportunities)
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
  • Reliable internet connection and a laptop or smartphone
  • Webcam and smartphone for certain studies (optional)

Preferred Qualifications

* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory

  • Experience with data entry software or tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
