Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service operations, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, developing and scaling our customer service processes, and playing a crucial role in shaping the customer experience. This is a freelance position with significant growth potential, where you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, focusing on payment-related issues
  • Reporting weekly to the CEO and COO, with direct communication with the leadership team
  • Playing a key role in developing and scaling our customer service processes
  • Using your freedom and independence to problem-solve and make decisions that shape the customer experience
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our global audience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Customer service experience is mandatory – applications without it will not be considered
  • Experience leading or managing a team is a plus
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain is highly preferred
  • Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
