Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service operations, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, developing and scaling our customer service processes, and playing a crucial role in shaping the customer experience. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via email, focusing on payment-related issues
- Reporting weekly to the CEO and COO, with direct communication with the leadership team
- Playing a key role in developing and scaling our customer service processes
- Using your freedom and independence to problem-solve and make decisions that shape the customer experience
- Collaborating with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our global audience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Customer service experience is mandatory – applications without it will not be considered
- Experience leading or managing a team is a plus
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain is highly preferred
- Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
