Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite internet)
• A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
• A minimum of 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
• A quiet, secure workspace that meets arenaflex's standards
• At least one year of customer service experience
• A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
• Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
• The ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
