Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Inbound Outreach group, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to their needs

• Utilize the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with product providers to obtain additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website
• Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth
• Participate in sales challenges, training sessions, and other company-wide initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in using technology, including software applications and virtual communication tools
• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
