Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance and Data Entry Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: ### Order Review
- Conduct thorough reviews of customer orders to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Identify and flag any discrepancies or issues that require attention
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues
### Service Availability Verification
- Verify the availability of services in customers' areas
- Document any issues or discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them
- Ensure that customers are informed of any service availability limitations
### Customer Needs Assessment
- Analyze customer orders to determine their needs and preferences
- Suggest the best service options for customers based on their requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible solutions
### Credit Screening
- Conduct credit checks to confirm customers' eligibility for services and promotions
- Document results and apply any discounts or promotions accordingly
- Ensure that customers are aware of any credit-related implications
### Payment Processing
- Handle payments for activation fees, services, and other transactions
- Ensure that transactions are processed smoothly and accurately
- Maintain accurate records of all payments and financial transactions
### Service Activation/Scheduling
- Activate services for customers as soon as possible or schedule installations that fit their availability
- Record all important details of the activation or scheduling in our system
- Ensure that customers are informed of any service activation or scheduling updates
### Quality Assurance
- Periodically review orders to ensure that they meet our internal standards
- Share feedback and suggestions to help improve our processes over time
- Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and best practices
What We're Looking For
### Experience
- Ideally, you have experience in order entry, customer service, or a similar role
- Familiarity with credit checks and payment processing is a plus, but not required
### Skills
- You've got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right the first time
- You're great at solving problems and figuring things out on the fly
- You're comfortable using order processing systems and CRM software
- Communication is your strong suit, both when writing emails and speaking with others
- You can work well on your own but also love being part of a team
### Technical Skills
- You're proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience with CRM software and order management systems is a bonus
