Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry/Admin to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Data Entry/Admin, you'll be responsible for accurately managing, inputting, and updating our documents, while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive patient information. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Virtual Data Entry/Admin, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing forms and enrollments, and assisting customers in completing steps to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Collecting and organizing data from various sources, including electronic and paper-based documents
  • Communicating with customers in a patient and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Assisting with order entry processes to ensure timely processing of requests and maintaining accurate records
  • Conducting clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents and spreadsheets
