Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our arenaflex team in the UAE. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by expediting orders, resolving post-sales issues, and providing effective solutions. This is a work-from-home/office opportunity that offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, flexible schedules, and competitive compensation packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems - Communicate with customers via mail, chat, and phone - Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies - Provide effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply - Excellent English communication skills are mandatory - Flexibility to work in shifts - Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work - Clear communication with both internal and external customers - Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately - Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer - Good typing skills
