Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, enter data into our systems, and provide support to our pharmacists and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Enter data into our systems, including patient and medication information
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support our pharmacists and other stakeholders with data entry and customer service tasks
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior-level staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry activities
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service and data entry

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, and completing online forms
  • 18 years old or older
  • Ability to type 25 WPM or higher with accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment

  • 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (35 WPM or higher, typing by memory, organizing records)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
