Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll guide customers through the booking process, troubleshoot flight-related concerns, and assist with any necessary changes to itineraries. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts amicably is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to our passengers through various communication channels
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist customers with booking flights and making modifications to existing reservations
- Resolve issues and concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery
- Stay updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
- Availability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Essential Qualifications
* A high school diploma or GED is required. Some college experience or additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
