Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing Incoming Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting with Reservations and Property Inquiries: Assist guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions, providing informed assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Resolving Client Complaints or Issues: Follow up on client complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Maintaining Detailed Knowledge of arenaflex Properties and Services: Stay up-to-date with arenaflex properties, services, and promotions, providing informed assistance and recommendations to guests.
  • Documenting Interactions and Following Up on Unresolved Inquiries: Document interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience and ensure that all guest concerns are addressed.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work with team members to improve service delivery, identify trends in guest feedback, and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience in Customer Service or Guest Relations: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: A customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Familiarity with Live Chat Software and CRM Tools: Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-Oriented with Excellent Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to document interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

* Degree in Hospitality or a Related Field: A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus, but not required.

  • Experience with arenaflex Properties and Services: Familiarity with arenaflex properties and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
