Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Service

+ Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries + Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction

Travel Booking and Planning

+ Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries + Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget

Administrative Support

+ Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members + Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required

Data Entry and Management

+ Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases + Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity

Assistant

+ Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed + Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields
• Travel Booking and Planning: Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus
• Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
