Key Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in handling various topics
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide effective support
  • Performing data entry and customer service tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Navigating online efficiently to access relevant information and resources
  • Working with requests and records received for nurses seeking to sign up for shifts
  • Verifying nurses' credentials and communicating with them to confirm their eligibility for shifts
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
  • Providing positive and professional interactions with customers, both in-person and over the phone

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
  • Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online systems
  • Previous remote work from home experience a plus
  • Quick learning abilities and the ability to work independently
  • Accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws
