Job Overview

The e-Fulfilment Specialist plays a critical role in our team, reviewing and filing legal documents using online platforms and tools developed by arenaflex. This role works closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. As an e-Fulfilment Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. While experience is not necessary, data entry experience is a plus. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
