Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver personalized solutions and exceptional service
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools
  • Reaching personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options within time limits, and following up to secure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of not just reaching, but exceeding quota requirements
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • High school degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales and lead generation
