Requirements

* Access to a device with internet capabilities for social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with a keen ability to adhere to instructions and procedures
  • Availability to work 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Stable and reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer support software (training provided)
