Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service.
  • English Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
