Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing passenger inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing detailed information regarding flights, reservations, and policies. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring passenger satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
