Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of travel agents, managing client profiles and travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless communication with military personnel. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements for military clients
  • Manage and update client profiles and travel itineraries in our database
  • Provide administrative support to our team of travel agents by organizing paperwork, completing data entry tasks, and preparing documents
  • Liaise with military personnel to ensure all necessary travel documents and approvals are obtained
  • Process payments and make reservations for clients as needed
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations for accommodations, activities, and travel options based on client needs
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on military travel regulations and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy in all travel arrangements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the travel industry or with military clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with travel booking systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of military travel regulations and policies is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance
