Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining utility accounts with a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Verifying account eligibility and accessibility to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Preparing, distributing, and completing work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Preparing files for mass customer communications, including billing statements and other notices
  • Scanning or retaining documents to maintain a paperless and organized environment
  • Performing monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests to ensure data integrity
  • Entering data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases to inform business decisions
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to pass computer skills, typing, and accuracy testing, as well as 10-key skills testing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • An Associate's degree in business administration, data entry, or a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and databases
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
