Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist I to join our team in Graham, NC. As a key member of our office operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately documenting and recording information, maintaining log of activities, and ensuring the quality and productivity of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities

* Locate and match documents as proof of refunds sent to patients, clients, or third parties

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to assignments and update Excel logs
  • Count and split inventory in the RAR database
  • Accurately document and record information, maintaining log of activities and completed work
  • Communicate effectively with management, team leads, and internal/external customers
  • Research information to translate into the RAR database
  • Follow established procedures (SOPs) and inventory reporting to Supervisor and Team Lead
  • Split inventory into RAR, upload RAR templates, and apply naming conventions
  • Enter data into all categories, ensuring accuracy and quality

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of applicable experience

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Data entry skills and ability to accurately document and record information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in alpha/numeric typing
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Access skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous medical billing experience or data entry experience

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills level
