Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing data with speed and accuracy, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process data with speed and accuracy, meeting productivity requirements and adhering to data entry standards
  • Conduct simple internet research, compiling findings in Microsoft Word documents or Open Office
  • Familiarize yourself with basic Google Docs, as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Interface with customers via email, providing clear and concise responses to their inquiries
  • Meet productivity requirements and adhere to data entry standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and customers
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy, meeting productivity requirements
  • Familiarity with simple data processing applications, such as Microsoft Word or Open Office
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or phone device capable of meeting data entry standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
