Job Description As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping to build strong relationships that drive business growth. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and headset, and have the flexibility to create your own schedule based on your family commitments or other work opportunities.
