Experienced Customer Service Representative and Scheduler – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
- Analyzing customer needs and booking engineer visits accordingly
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upholding phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers
- Creating invoices/quotes and updating all customer notes accordingly
- Ordering parts for return visits when required
- Other office duties as required
- Working full-time if and when needed to cover other staff holidays and sickness
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to work with various software applications
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of Sales Ledger/Word/Excel desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Driving license (although not essential, it's a plus)
