The Role

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries received through our chat platform. Your primary focus will be to assist users by providing information about our programs, events, and initiatives while ensuring a positive chat experience. You will be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries received through the chat platform
• Providing timely and accurate information about organizational programs, events, and initiatives
• Assisting users with navigating our website and accessing resources
• Resolving customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor
• Documenting interactions thoroughly in our support system for reference and follow-up
• Collaborating with team members to improve the chat support experience
• Staying up to date with organizational offerings and changes to provide accurate information

Responsibilities and Key Tasks

Essential Qualifications
