Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing service support, solutions, and additional product information to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide service support, solutions, and additional product information to customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Use effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the arenaflex brand
  • Present and answer questions about services and products to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Utilize multiple computer applications to manage customer interactions and data
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)

  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays
  • High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and co-workers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
