Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via our live chat platform, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to customer concerns
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by leveraging the right methods and tools, ensuring customers receive the support they need
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships
  • Meeting personal and customer service team targets, as well as call handling quotas, to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and maintaining open communication channels

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools to enhance customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to customer concerns
  • High school degree, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this setup

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
