Job Overview

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, handling a diverse range of inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary objective will be to represent our dealer clients in a positive manner while converting these interactions into valuable leads to enhance revenue generation from website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide precise information regarding products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Schedule appointments effectively based on customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Continuously develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation purposes, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up

Qualifications
