Job Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment

  • Communicate effectively with patients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders regarding status and scheduling medical appointments
  • Obtain necessary patient information to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work independently with minimal supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures in accordance with department and company policies
  • Adapt quickly to changes and modifications in the call center environment
  • Think critically and make sound decisions to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry as required
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

* Bilingual Spanish/English, Chinese/Cantonese/English (a plus!)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (or equivalent experience in a related field)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, time management, and adaptability skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work a 40-hour shift, including day and night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Scheduling experience

  • Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Previous experience in a call center environment with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
