What Part Will You Play?
As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for cardholders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients.
- Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes.
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases.
- Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve cardholder inquiries.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent + A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months + Ability to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule + Willingness to be on camera at all times + Non-negotiable hourly pay of $15.00
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 12 months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months + Banking customer service experience

+ Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work + Requires instructions on all assignments + Works under close supervision
